About the Event
ITW Asia 2026
ITW Asia is part of the ITW Series, organized by Capacity Media, and focuses on the Asia-Pacific connectivity market. Held at the Shangri-La in Singapore, it brings together connectivity providers, data centre operators, hyperscalers, mobile operators and wholesale voice providers from across the region and internationally.
The event runs for two main days and covers the full range of APAC digital infrastructure — from subsea cable investment to carrier voice and data interchange. For wholesale voice providers, the bilateral meeting format means the event can be used to run scheduled carrier conversations efficiently alongside the broader connectivity programme.

Industry Context
Why this event matters
Asia-Pacific covers some of the most diverse telecoms markets in the world — from highly developed networks in Japan, South Korea and Singapore to rapidly growing markets across Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent. ITW Asia draws carriers and connectivity companies from across this range into Singapore, making it useful for wholesale voice providers who work multiple APAC destinations and want to meet the relevant operators in one place.
Event Format
What happens at ITW Asia
Structured one-to-one sessions between connectivity providers, carriers and data companies — arranged through the event networking platform.
Summits covering digital infrastructure investment, energy, data centre design and global connectivity — with a focus on AI-ready network development across APAC.
ITW Asia runs alongside Datacloud Asia, which draws data centre operators, hyperscalers and cloud infrastructure companies to the same venue.
December 1 is a dedicated pre-event day with market access roundtables, the Neocloud-Investor Exchange and networking ahead of the main programme.

Why meet EaseDial
in Singapore?
Asia-Pacific is a broad region with very different markets — what works for Southeast Asia doesn't necessarily apply to North Asia or the Pacific. Meeting in Singapore lets us talk through specific destination requirements, compare what we currently offer versus what you need, and work out whether there's a commercial fit worth pursuing.
