Campaign Dialer

Outbound campaigns without manual dialing

EaseDial's campaign dialer automates outbound calling for sales, collections, and appointment setting. Three dialing modes — preview, progressive, predictive — for different campaign types and team sizes.

Dialing Modes

Three dialing modes

Preview

The agent sees the contact record before the call is placed, and decides when to dial. Used for high-value or complex contacts where preparation matters more than speed.

Progressive

The system places the call automatically when an agent becomes available. An agent is always ready before each connected call — no abandoned calls, but agents may have short wait times between calls.

Predictive

The dialer places calls ahead of agent availability based on historical connect rates. Maximizes agent talk time for high-volume campaigns. Requires a minimum number of active agents to keep abandon rate within acceptable limits.

Management

Campaign management

Campaigns are configured with a lead list, dialing mode, call disposition options, and agent group assignment. Progress — leads dialed, connected, remaining — is visible in real time. Dispositions are captured per call and available in campaign reporting.

The campaign dialer runs within the same EaseDial Contact Center environment as your inbound queues — supervisors see inbound and outbound activity from the same dashboard.

Wholesale

For wholesale CC routes

Operations that run their own dialer platform — Vicidial, GoAutoDial, or Asterisk-based systems — and need carrier-side voice termination for high-CPS outbound traffic should see EaseDial CC Routes. This is separate from the platform's built-in campaign dialer and covers wholesale termination at the carrier level.

FAQs

Campaign Dialer FAQs

What is a campaign dialer?

A campaign dialer automates outbound calling for a defined list of contacts — removing manual dialing and managing the call flow between agents and outbound leads. EaseDial supports preview, progressive, and predictive dialing modes, each suited to different outbound use cases.

What is the difference between predictive, progressive, and preview dialing?

Preview dialing shows agents the contact record and lets them choose when to place the call. Progressive dialing places the call automatically when an agent becomes available. Predictive dialing places calls ahead of agent availability based on expected connect rate — maximizing talk time but requiring a minimum agent count to avoid abandoned calls.

When should I use predictive vs progressive dialing?

Predictive dialing is suited to high-volume campaigns where maximizing agent talk time is the priority — collections, lead generation, appointment setting at scale. Progressive dialing is better for smaller teams or campaigns where call quality matters more than pure volume, since agents are always ready before each call connects.

Does EaseDial also offer wholesale CC routes for call centers running their own dialer?

Yes. For call centers that run their own dialer infrastructure (Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk-based systems), EaseDial provides wholesale CC routes — carrier-grade voice termination for high-CPS outbound traffic to USA and Canada. This is separate from the EaseDial campaign dialer feature.
