Cloud Business Phone System

Replace your phone system with a cloud PBX that works everywhere

EaseDial Business Phone gives every employee a cloud extension — calling, voicemail, number management, and routing rules — without a server room or desk phone hardware requirement.

What's included

What Business Phone includes

Every team member gets a cloud extension. Routing, number management, and call handling rules are managed centrally.

VoIP Calling

Place and receive calls from any device — browser, desktop app, or mobile. HD voice over the internet without a desk phone required.

Business Numbers

Local, toll-free, and international numbers. Bring your existing numbers via number porting, or provision new ones directly.

Call Transfer & Hold

Warm transfer, blind transfer, and call hold with music or messaging. Works between extensions and to external numbers.

Auto Attendant & IVR

Automated greeting and call routing. Configure menus that route callers to the right department, extension, or voicemail.

Voicemail & Transcription

Voicemail-to-email delivery with AI transcription. Read voicemail messages without listening to the recording.

Call Recording

Record calls on demand or automatically. Recordings are stored and searchable, available for compliance review or agent coaching.

Call Forwarding & DND

Forward calls to mobile, external numbers, or other extensions. Do-not-disturb prevents calls from interrupting when needed.

Business Hours Rules

Configure call routing behavior by time of day and day of week. After-hours calls route to voicemail, a fallback number, or an auto-attendant message.

UCaaS

For teams that work across locations

A cloud PBX has no physical location — extensions work on any device, from any network. Teams distributed across offices, remote employees, and mobile workers all reach the same phone system.

Calls between extensions are internal. Calls out to customers or external numbers go through EaseDial's carrier infrastructure. The admin portal manages routing rules, business hours, ring groups, and user accounts from a single dashboard.

For operations that also handle customer contact volume, EaseDial's Contact Center product runs on the same infrastructure — so routing between business phone extensions and contact center queues does not require a separate integration.

Connected

Connected to Contact Center and AI

When a call comes in, the same platform can route it through an IVR, into a contact center queue with skills-based routing, and on to an agent — or to the AI Voice Agent first, before a human is involved at all.

Call routing, call queues, AI Voice Agent, and call recording are all available as part of the connected platform — not separate products that need to interoperate.

Common Questions

Business Phone FAQs

Does EaseDial Business Phone work without desk phones?

Yes. EaseDial works as a softphone — calls are placed and received through a browser or app rather than physical hardware. Desk phones that support SIP can also be connected if preferred, but they are not required.

Can I keep my existing business phone numbers?

Number porting transfers your existing numbers to EaseDial. The process typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the current carrier. During porting, your numbers remain active on the existing carrier.

How many extensions can EaseDial handle?

EaseDial Business Phone scales from small teams to large organizations. Extensions are provisioned per user, and the platform handles routing between them centrally rather than through a physical PBX.

What is the difference between Business Phone and Contact Center?

Business Phone covers internal team communication — extensions, voicemail, call handling for employees. Contact Center adds the customer-facing infrastructure: call queues, IVR routing, agent management, supervisor monitoring, outbound campaign dialer, and contact-center analytics. Both are available on EaseDial and share the same underlying infrastructure.
