CC Routes Rates

CC Routes Pricing

Wholesale call center termination is quoted per destination against your traffic profile. This page explains what actually moves the rate, so you can compare decks properly instead of comparing one headline number.

Rate Drivers

What moves a wholesale VoIP rate

Four inputs decide what you pay per minute. A quote that ignores any of them is being averaged somewhere you cannot see.

Destination

Rates are per destination and per prefix, not one blended number. A US mobile prefix and a Canadian landline price differently, so a rate deck lists them separately.

Expected ACD

Low ACD traffic costs a carrier more per connected minute to carry, because setup work is amortised over a shorter call. Quote your real ACD — a deck priced against an ACD you never hit gets repriced later.

CPS and concurrency

The attempt rate you need provisioned. High CPS costs capacity whether or not the calls connect, so it is priced in rather than assumed.

Monthly volume

Committed bulk VoIP minutes move the rate. Higher, steadier volume prices better than the same total delivered in unpredictable bursts.

Rate Deck

What's in the rate deck

  • Per-prefix rates for every destination you asked about, not a single headline number
  • Billing increment (we quote 1/1 unless you ask otherwise) and any setup or minimum charges
  • The CPS and concurrent-channel ceiling included at that rate
  • The ACD and ASR assumptions the rate was built against

On "Cheapest"

On "cheapest"

The lowest call termination rate is only the best rate if the route holds its answer rate. A cheap route that degrades mid-campaign costs more in lost connects than the per-minute saving returns. We quote the ASR and ACD assumptions alongside the number so the comparison is like for like.

If a deck you are comparing does not state its assumptions, ask for them before switching.

FAQs

CC routes pricing FAQs

How much do CC routes cost?

CC route pricing is quoted per destination and per prefix, not as one blended per-minute number. The rate depends on where the traffic terminates, your expected ACD and CPS, and your monthly volume. Send your traffic profile and we will return a full rate deck for USA and Canada.

Why won't you publish a single rate on the website?

A published per-minute number would be either meaningless or misleading. Wholesale voice rates move per prefix and depend on your traffic profile, and any provider quoting one flat number across all destinations is quoting an average you will not actually pay. A rate deck is the honest form of the answer.

What makes call center termination cheaper or more expensive?

Four things dominate: the destination prefix, your average call duration, the calls-per-second and concurrency you need provisioned, and your committed monthly volume. Short-duration high-attempt traffic costs more per connected minute to carry than long-duration retail calls, which is why call center traffic is priced on its own terms.

Do you offer bulk VoIP rates?

Yes. Committed bulk volume is reflected in the rate deck. Higher and steadier monthly volume prices better than the same total delivered in unpredictable bursts, because capacity has to be provisioned for the peak either way.

Is the cheapest call termination rate the right one to buy?

Not usually. A lower rate that drops ASR or degrades mid-campaign costs more in lost connects than it saves per minute. The rate is only meaningful next to the ASR and ACD the route actually delivers, which is why our deck states the assumptions the price was built against.

How fast can you send a rate deck?

Send your destinations, expected CPS, ACD, and monthly volume through the form and a route engineer will follow up with pricing. Giving the traffic profile up front avoids a round trip and gets you a deck you can actually compare.
