Routes For Your Dialer
CC Routes That Work With Your Dialer
Routes for Vicidial, GoAutoDial, Asterisk, and any predictive dialer that speaks SIP. We supply the termination your dialer sends calls over — not the dialer software itself.
Platforms
Platforms we terminate for
All of these connect the same way underneath — a standard SIP trunk. The differences are in where you enter it.
Vicidial
Add us as a carrier under Admin → Carriers with a standard SIP trunk entry. Vicidial generates high attempt rates per campaign, so the account is provisioned against the CPS you expect to dial, not your average connected channels.
Vicidial termination over standard SIP — no custom module.
GoAutoDial
GoAutoDial runs the same Asterisk carrier configuration underneath, so the trunk is added the same way. Outbound campaigns terminate directly with no middleware in between.
Same trunk setup as any Asterisk carrier entry.
Asterisk / FreePBX
A standard pjsip or chan_sip trunk with IP authentication or registration. If you already terminate somewhere today, adding us is a second trunk and a dial-plan route, not a rebuild.
IP auth or registration, your choice.
Predictive & progressive dialers
Any dialer that speaks SIP works. What matters is not the brand but the pattern it produces: many short attempts, high concurrency at peak, and revenue tied directly to answer rate.
Provisioned around the traffic shape, not the vendor.
Setup
Connecting your dialer
Four steps, and only one of them happens inside your dialer.
- Step 1
Send your traffic profile
Destinations, expected CPS, ACD, and monthly volume. This is what the route and the rate get built against.
- Step 2
Get a rate deck and trunk details
Per-prefix pricing plus the SIP details: host, auth method, and the CPS and channel ceiling included.
- Step 3
Add the trunk in your dialer
One carrier entry in Vicidial, GoAutoDial, or Asterisk, and a dial-plan route pointing at it.
- Step 4
Test, then scale
Run a live test campaign and watch ASR and ACD before shifting real volume across.
Traffic Shape
Why the dialer matters less than the traffic
Vicidial, GoAutoDial, and a custom Asterisk build all produce the same thing from a carrier's point of view: a high rate of short outbound attempts where answer rate decides whether the campaign makes money.
So the route is provisioned around that shape — CPS headroom for the attempt rate and tolerance for low ACD — rather than around which software you happen to run.
Which is also why "compatible" is a low bar. Any SIP carrier is compatible. The question worth asking a provider is whether the route is sized for your peak CPS.

FAQs
Dialer compatibility FAQs
Do your routes work with Vicidial?
Yes. Our CC routes terminate over standard SIP trunking, which is exactly how Vicidial sends outbound traffic. You add us under Admin → Carriers as a standard carrier entry and point a dial-plan route at it. No custom module or patched build is required.
Do you sell Vicidial, or set it up for me?
No. We are a termination provider, not a dialer vendor. We supply the routes your dialer sends calls over; you run and manage your own Vicidial, GoAutoDial, or Asterisk installation. If your dialer is already working, connecting us is a trunk entry.
What about GoAutoDial?
GoAutoDial is Asterisk-based, so the carrier configuration is the same standard SIP trunk. Outbound campaigns terminate directly against our routes with no middleware in between.
Do you support IP authentication or registration?
Both. IP authentication is the more common choice for static-IP dialer servers; registration is available if your setup needs it. Tell us which you prefer when you request pricing and the trunk details come configured that way.
Will the route keep up with my predictive dialer's CPS?
That is what the account is provisioned against. Predictive dialers generate a high calls-per-second attempt rate, and capacity has to be sized for that attempt rate rather than for connected channels. Quote your real peak CPS so the route is built for it rather than throttling at the worst moment.
Can I test before moving my whole campaign?
Yes, and you should. Run a live test campaign, watch ASR and ACD against what you get today, and shift volume only once the numbers hold. A route that tests well once but drifts a week later is the thing worth catching early.
