Contact Center — CCaaS

Run customer conversations from one workspace

The contact center side of EaseDial handles everything from the moment a customer calls — IVR, queue routing, agent assignment, and supervisor oversight — without requiring separate platforms for each function.

  • IVR and call flow builder — configure how calls are greeted, routed, and escalated
  • Skills-based routing — match callers to agents by language, product, or account type
  • Supervisor controls — listen, whisper, and barge on live calls in real time
  • Campaign dialer — preview, progressive, and predictive modes for outbound campaigns
  • Call recording — every call recorded, stored, and searchable

EaseDial AI

AI that works inside
the conversation.

AI answers after hours, listens while you talk, flags objections the second they surface, and files the summary before the line goes quiet — integrated into UCaaS and CCaaS, not bolted on.

AI Voice Agent

Answers inbound calls around the clock — greets callers, detects intent, retrieves information from your knowledge base, and resolves or routes without hold queues.

Sentiment on every call

Every call scored for sentiment, silence, and topic — so coaching starts from evidence and supervisors know where to focus before reviewing recordings.

Automatic summaries & tagging

Call summaries, outcome tags and follow-up tasks are filed automatically after each call — keeping the CRM accurate without agents typing notes under time pressure.

Agent Operations

Your team, visible in real time

Supervisors see every agent's state, every active call, every queue — not after the fact, but while it's happening. Listen, whisper, or barge without disrupting the floor.

Real-time agent monitoring

See every agent's status, call duration, and queue assignment — updated live without page refresh.

Listen, whisper, barge

Join any live call silently to listen, speak privately to the agent without the customer hearing, or take over entirely when needed.

Queue & wallboard view

Monitor queue depth, wait times, answer rates and SLA status across every team — on a configurable wallboard or supervisor dashboard.

Campaign Dialer

Outbound campaigns built into the same platform

The campaign dialer is part of the same platform — no separate dialer software, no additional integration. Agents work from one workspace whether handling inbound queues or outbound campaigns.

  • Predictive dialing — calls ahead of agent availability to maximise talk time
  • Progressive dialing — dials automatically when an agent becomes available
  • Preview dialing — agents review contact info before each call is placed
  • Lead management — lead groups, scripts, dispositions, retry logic and DNC list
  • Real-time campaign stats — connect rate, talk time, and agent performance live

Platform Education

Why businesses move from traditional phone systems to cloud

Traditional on-premise phone systems were built for a time when teams worked in one location and hardware was the only option. Cloud communication platforms like EaseDial remove those constraints.

Traditional on-premise systems

  • Hardware required — physical PBX, desk phones, wiring
  • Scaling requires new equipment purchases and installation
  • Separate tools for phone, contact center, and analytics
  • Limited visibility — no real-time agent or queue data
  • Manual call handling processes with no automation layer

Modern cloud communication

  • No hardware — phone, queues, and AI from any device
  • Add users and features instantly, without installations
  • UCaaS + CCaaS + AI in one login, one bill
  • Real-time dashboards — agent state, queue depth, sentiment
  • AI handles routine calls, co-pilots agents, and files summaries

Platform Design

Why combine UCaaS and CCaaS on one platform?

Most businesses run their phone system and contact center on separate vendors. That means separate logins, separate data, and integration work to connect them. The result is disconnected workflows and incomplete customer visibility.

Separate vendor approach

A typical stack without a unified platform:

  • Phone system (UCaaS vendor)
  • Contact center (CCaaS vendor)
  • AI tools (separate subscription)
  • Analytics (separate dashboard)
  • Integration maintenance, data silos, multiple contracts

EaseDial unified platform

  • One platform — UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI in one login
  • One customer view — internal and customer-facing calls share the same data layer
  • One administration — configure routing, users, and AI from a single admin portal
  • No integration overhead — UCaaS and CCaaS are native, not connected via API

Common Questions

UCaaS, CCaaS, and EaseDial — answered plainly

Questions buyers and operations teams ask most. If you have something more specific, talk to us directly.

What is a UCaaS platform?

UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) is a cloud-delivered service that consolidates business calling, messaging, video meetings, and related tools into a single platform. Instead of managing separate phone systems, conferencing tools, and messaging apps, teams work from one place. EaseDial provides UCaaS capabilities including cloud business phone, team messaging, SMS, and video meetings.

What is CCaaS and how is it different from UCaaS?

CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) delivers customer-facing communication infrastructure through the cloud — including inbound call queues, IVR, skills-based routing, outbound dialers, call recording, and supervisor monitoring. UCaaS is primarily for internal team communication; CCaaS is for the teams handling customer contacts. EaseDial provides both, on the same platform.

Can UCaaS and CCaaS work together on the same platform?

Yes. EaseDial brings UCaaS and CCaaS into a connected platform. Business phone extensions and contact center queues run on the same infrastructure, so routing calls between internal teams and customer-facing agents does not require separate systems or complex integrations.

What is an AI Voice Agent?

An AI Voice Agent handles inbound calls automatically — answering, understanding what the caller needs, retrieving relevant information, and either resolving the issue or transferring to a human agent. EaseDial's AI Voice Agent can handle routine inquiries at scale without putting callers on hold.

How does skills-based call routing work?

Skills-based routing matches incoming calls to the most appropriate available agent based on defined skill sets — language, product knowledge, account type, or any criteria the team configures. Calls go to the right person first rather than whichever agent is next in a generic queue.

What is an IVR?

An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is the automated menu system that greets callers and routes them based on their input — "Press 1 for billing, Press 2 for support." In EaseDial, IVR is configurable as part of the call flow, connecting to queues, individual extensions, voicemail, or the AI Voice Agent.

Does EaseDial provide wholesale CC routes as well as the platform?

Yes. EaseDial also offers wholesale CC routes for call centers and BPOs that run their own dialer infrastructure. CC routes are provisioned for high CPS, low ACD call center traffic, with continuous ASR monitoring for USA and Canada. This is separate from the platform — it is carrier-side voice termination for operations that manage their own technology stack.

What is a campaign dialer?

A campaign dialer automates outbound calling for sales, collections, appointment setting, or survey campaigns. EaseDial supports preview, progressive, and predictive dialing modes. Preview lets agents review contact information before each call; progressive dials automatically when an agent becomes available; predictive dials ahead of availability to maximize agent talk time.
