Call Center VoIP Provider
VoIP for Call Centers and BPOs
Wholesale outbound call termination for campaign traffic. This page covers what to actually ask a termination provider before you sign — including us.
Provider Evaluation
Four questions worth asking any provider
These separate a provider who has sized something for your traffic from one who has sent you a price list.
Ask what CPS is provisioned, not what's "supported"
Supported is a spec sheet word. Provisioned is a number on your account. If a provider cannot state your CPS ceiling, they have not sized anything for you.
Ask what ACD the rate assumes
Every wholesale rate is built against an assumed average call duration. If yours runs shorter than the assumption, expect the rate to be revisited. Better to surface that before signing than after.
Ask how ASR is monitored, and what happens when it drops
Continuous monitoring with routes swapped when they degrade is a different product from a route tested once at signup. Ask which one you are buying.
Ask whether pricing is per prefix
A single blended rate across a whole country is an average. Real wholesale pricing is a deck with rates per prefix.
Who We Serve
Operations we carry traffic for
Outbound call centers
Campaign traffic where connect rate drives revenue directly and short calls are the norm.
BPOs
Multiple client campaigns across shared infrastructure, often with different destination mixes per client.
Lead generation operations
High attempt volume against consumer numbers, where ASR movement shows up in cost per lead immediately.
Collections and appointment setting
Sustained daily dialing with predictable peaks that capacity has to be sized against.
Switching
Switching without a blind cutover
You do not have to move everything at once. Add us as a second trunk, route a slice of live traffic across, and compare answer rate and call duration against your current provider on the same campaigns on the same days.
Shift the rest when the numbers hold. If they do not hold, you have lost a slice of one campaign rather than a week of revenue — and you will have learned something real about the route rather than about a test call.

FAQs
Call center VoIP FAQs
What is VoIP termination for a call center?
Termination is the wholesale carrier service that takes the calls your dialer places and delivers them onto the destination network. For a call center, the termination provider decides whether calls connect, how consistently, and at what per-minute cost — which is why it is bought on answer rate and capacity rather than on features.
How is VoIP for a call center different from business VoIP?
Business VoIP is a phone system: extensions, voicemail, call handling for staff. Call center termination is wholesale carrier capacity for outbound campaign traffic. The traffic pattern is completely different — high calls-per-second, short average duration, high concurrency at peak — so it is provisioned and priced differently. We provide the termination, not the phone system.
Do you work with BPOs running multiple client campaigns?
Yes. BPO traffic typically mixes destinations and campaign types across clients, which changes the destination profile. Send the overall mix and expected peak and the routes and rate deck are built against that rather than against a single campaign.
Can I switch providers without disrupting live campaigns?
Add us as a second trunk in your dialer and route a portion of traffic across while your existing provider carries the rest. Compare ASR and ACD on live traffic, then shift the remainder once the numbers hold. There is no reason to cut over blind.
What do you need from me to quote?
Destinations, expected peak calls-per-second, expected average call duration, and monthly volume. Those four inputs are what the route and the rate get built against. Anything quoted without them is a guess that gets revised later.
Do you provide dialers or DIDs?
No. We provide outbound termination routes for USA and Canada, plus A-Z termination for international destinations. You run your own dialer; we carry the traffic it generates.
